Ariel Guerrero is responsible for the overall daily management of the Marketing, Research & Client Services Group for the field offices of Grubb & Ellis in the Texas region. He oversees the personnel within the Research/Client Services team and ensures compliance with all Grubb & Ellis initiatives, which include maintaining research data integrity, performing market analyses and the publishing of commercial real estate market reports. In addition, Ariel coordinates the efforts of transactional management and institutional and corporate service professionals in the preparation of key proposals/presentations and follow-up execution of client assignments. Ariel’s role is essential to the aggregation, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of the Company’s market research for the region. As an Associate in National Client Services Group, Ariel is an integral part of the team for Grubb & Ellis in the Southern/Mid-Atlantic Region.
