Work under direction of the Systems Analysis Manager, to architect and develop application solutions to achieve business goals. Lead and direct other development personnel where appropriate, including offshore developers, remotely or in person as required. Ensure projects and applications are completed as scheduled and specified in a timely and accurate manner. This will include working on application modules alone, under direction, as part of a team, as well as directing and working closely with other development personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development projects, from initial inception through analysis, design, coding, testing and deployment (System Life Cycle).
- Communicate with business managers and users to determine needs.
- Organize and lead meetings with both technical and business personnel.
- Create system and user documentation.
- Document system application code and application modules completed.
- Write application code utilizing Microsoft .NET or other appropriate technologies according to project and management specifications.
- ‘Bench test’ code to ensure accuracy.
- Candidate must be available to travel domestically or overseas as required.
- Any other tasks as appropriate required for project completion.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in MIS or similar discipline.
- 5+ years experience with Microsoft .NET technologies, VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET (one or more).
- 2+ years, in a lead or supervisory role; or must be able to demonstrate ability in this area.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005/2008, required.
- Experience using MS Project in an MS Sharepoint environment.
- Experience with Adobe ColdFusion a plus.
- Experience with outsourcing or geographically disparate development teams a plus.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Real estate or property tax knowledge, beneficial.
